Questions and Answers.
I want the Fantasy Collection can you do it up and pop the pictures on the package page and I will buy it? No I am sorry, I am able to do these package prices by buying flowers that are on special or discontinued items at warehouses or new excess stock which enable me to reduce the prices for the package offer. All the other collections are still available at the normal pricing. The package pricing is totally separate to already competitive normal collection pricing.
I have three Bridesmaids a Junior Bridesmaid and a Flower Girl, you only have one brides bouquet, two bridesmaid bouquets and a flower girl item can I also get another bridesmaid bouquet and a junior bridesmaid bouquet? Of course just contact me and I can let you know what the extra costs would be. In some cases I will be able to extras at the same package prices providing I can get the extra stock at the special prices from the warehouse. Please note that from time to time the flowers I buy I will not be able to get extras of, in this case I may not be able to make additional items in which case this will be noted on the actual package. IN MOST CASES extra items will need to be charged at the full price as I will need to buy in new stock and each supplier has a minimum order that is required, also if ordering extra items this can take a few weeks to get organized.
Are the flowers here in the package deals still good quality new flowers or is something wrong with them? The flowers you see in the package deals here are the exact same flowers and quality that would be used in all the collections on my web-site, I do not buy old or damaged or low quality stock, all the flowers are new, quality flowers. The reason that they are set at a lower price is for a number of reasons, firstly it could be because I have been able to secure stock at a warehouse that is on sale or special for a limited time, secondly it could be excess stock that I need to move for example I often need to buy flowers by the box even if I don’t need a whole box for a wedding this helps me to re gain the cost of the flowers that I have had to buy in excess, it could be that I have created a new collection and need to make items up to take pictures and then sell the stock.
I need matching Bamboo table arrangements to go with the flowers I bouquet on the package offer deal? Not a problem, accessories for your wedding such as pew bows, table arrangements, headpieces etc can be made to match. Just ask me for a quote and I can do this straight away. Please keep in mind that from time to time I will not be able to get extra stock of the exact same flowers in which case this will be listed on the package deal.
You had a package offer on here this morning when I came back to have another look it is gone! Why? Each package listed is a one off which is flowers that are already made and waiting to be sold, if the pictures and description has gone missing this is because it has been sold to someone else. From time to time you will see bold red letters saying ON HOLD, this means that a bride has contacted me about this particular package and it may be sold very soon..if does get sold in the end it will disappear from the web-site if she does not buy the flowers within three working days from contacting me the flowers will go back on sale for someone else to buy. Sometimes there will be a red SOLD next to the flowers but the pics will be there still.
I want to buy package two...what do I do? Do I need an order form or something? No you don’t need an order form for the package deal offers, all you need to do is call, e-mail or fax me to let me know that I need to put one of the packages on hold. I will do this at the earliest convenience that I can. I will need your postal details to work out your postage costs. Then you simply need to tell me how you would like to pay, credit card, money order, cheque or direct deposit. If you would like to pay via cheque or credit card all moneys must have cleared before flowers will be sent. If paying by direct deposit or money order money must be received before flowers are sent. All payments must be made and received within three working days of my putting the flowers on hold or the flowers will be returned to the web-site. My details are listed below.
I want package deal 3 but I cannot afford to pay for it right now can you pop it on hold and I will pay you over the next few weeks? NO I cant, these are genuinely discounted items usually because they are end of boxes or stock that I have purchased on sale they are here for quick sale and there will be no installments or extra time to pay, once they go on hold there would be three working days to organize a payment for the flowers or they will go back out for sale. If I have to wait around for payments that may never happen I can loose sales on that package that someone else may want to pay upfront for. If you are not going to pay for it in the three working days don’t put it on hold this is for serious buyers only any package can go missing at any time, if you see something you like buy it.... claim it as yours and have it posted to you.
I put package deal 7 on hold but I don’t want this colour now?
