If your wedding is more than 4 months for Australian brides and more than 5 months for overseas brides from the end of the promotion you will be eligible for this offer. To take up this offer simply look through the details below, request an order form to be emailed to you and a postage quote, your order needs to be placed and fully paid by the last day of the promotion, on the first day of the following month a bulk order will be placed with the importer, any late payments will need to pay full price. Ok I have looked through your monthly specials for this month and I want to order what do I do? Just email me or phone and if there is an order form for the promotion I will send out an orderform straight away to you. Just fill in the products you need and Post fax or email to me including your delivery details and payment. All orders will be filled in approx 4 months from the last day of the promotion. Please note in most cases the delivery time may be less than this from the end of the promotion is a guideline only. Some promotions are more popular than others at times a huge amount of orders are taken and do take a while to get them all out. You can also request ‘delay delivery’ to have your flowers made at a later date closer to the wedding day if your wedding is a long way off. I do try to stick with the 4 months but depending on what workload I have this is not always possible as I am sure you can understand but I do try to keep within this as much as I can.

How does payment for the monthly special differ to your normal collections? The only difference is that your order must be fully paid for by the final day of the promotion, a promotion generally runs from the first to last day of each month unless otherwise stated at the top of this page. As with normal order and with monthly specials ordering an order is considered fully ordered when I have received a full payment and order sheet from the bride and groom. So hence paying in installments and late payments will be charged at the normal pricing, this must be strictly adhered to as on the first of each month I need to place the bulk order with the relevant importer to get the stock here, if I am waiting on payments from people this delays everything for the brides who have ordered and paid during the promotion. If it is the end of the month and you did not get enough time to order I am sorry but I do have to keep within these strict rules to keep it fare for the brides who have ordered during the promotion. Payments can be made by credit card, direct deposit, cash (local) or money order, if paying by cheque this needs to be received in time for the cheque to clear at the bank before the end of the promotion.

My wedding is in two months but I want to order from the monthly specials offer? I am sorry but you will have to pay the normal pricing for this... to order as a part of the special your wedding needs to be further away than the recommended time frames from the end date of the promotion, Australian Customers 4 months and Overseas customers 5 months from the end of the promotion. The reason for this is often there is a lot of orders as a part of the promotion and when brides order under the recommended time frames it is difficult to get the specials offers to you in less than these time frames.

I would like to order from another collection but get the buttonholes and flower girl flowers at this months special pricing? As a part if this promotion if you are ordering bouquets from this months specials the pricing for extras such as the buttonholes, corsages, hairpins and flower girl and page boy items will be at a reduced cost of either $5 off or 15% off. Due to the fact that I am doing these items at near cost price this pricing is for the monthly special promotion only.

What is next months Special? You are welcome to ask via a phone call or a e-mail. I usually have the next months special ready by half way through the month. I do not advertise this until the first day of the month to avoid confusion.

How much will my delivery costs be? Just e-mail or call me with your post code and approximate amount of bouquets etc you are needing. I can work out the cost of delivery from the size or weight from the order and what post code it is being sent to. The most common delivery price is $25 - $30.

If I order the FREE catalogue will you have the monthly special details in there? No this is a web site only offer. As the offer changes quite regularly the only way you will find the details of each offer is from the web site only. I suggest you add this web site to your favorites or bookmarks and keep any eye on the specials.

I would like to pay via your installment system and have it delivered later is the monthly special offer still available to me? No! This offer is only valid to customers who order and pay in the same month as the specific promotion is advertised. However you are welcome to use the delay delivery system.

I would like to mix the monthly specials flowers with another type of flower but I cant make up my mind I will just pay for the ones that are on special now and pay for the rest later? No I am sorry each order needs to be in full it is too messy to order bits and pieces all over the place, mistakes easily happen this way.

How come you do not have all the flowers at this price all the time? The way the promotion is available is that I collect all the orders for that specific flower in that month and do a bulk order at the end of the month. My supplier in turn gives me a small discount as I am purchasing by the box or carton. This enables me to pass on the discount to you. I cannot get this discount if it is the normal ordering of flowers. Hence the reason that if you need your flowers delivered before the end of the promotion month you would be charged at the normal rates for the items.

What if my wedding is in four months and you haven’t got the flowers on Monthly Special that I want? Don’t forget that all the other collections are still available and I can custom make any flowers that you want for the normal prices and the one of the other offers may still apply.
