Terms of Hire
1. you are to inspect the items on collection and return in the same condition, any damage needs to be notified by you to weddingbunchesandblooms staff. You accept full responsibility for the goods, and return of the goods on time in the same condition they left.
2. Cash Only Bond needs to be paid on day of collection, after inspection by weddingbunchesandblooms staff on return of goods, bond will be returned or part there returned if goods are damaged or missing. If the bond does not cover the loss or damage you agree to cover costs to pay for loss or damage. Bond costs will be $150 for flower arrangements and $50 for wishing wells. Full invoiced costs will be listed for you upon ordering so you can see the full cost if loss or damage occurs.
3. Non return of goods or returning late will forfeit your bond plus if not returned you will be charged the full invoice cost of the items.
4. 40% deposit needs to be paid to secure the items you require on the date you require, the goods will not be held for you without a deposit. Balance is to be paid in full 2 weeks prior to collection date. Cash bond is to be paid on collection.
5. Cancellations or changes will be accepted up to 1 month prior to the event date, but deposit amount will be retained.
6. Cancellations or changes will not be accepted within a month from the event date and full invoiced amount will need to be paid.
7. Hired items will need to be returned in the original packaging they were issued to you in.
8. Your full and correct details will be required plus two correct phone numbers, these details will be checked.
9. Allow time on collection and drop off for inspection instructions about the items you are hiring. Check our opening hours or call to make an appointment prior to coming to the shop.
10. Some items are long or bulky you will need to have transport that can cope with this, please discuss with me what the sizes of items will be so you know what you need to organize. Hatchback cars and station-wagons and vans are great, sedans can restrict what items can be collected, utes must have covers to protect goods from the elements and wind. Obvious common sense is needed
11. In store at the Point of Hiring there is an agreement form that will need to be read and filled in by myself and the person responsible for hiring items.

Please note from time to time I may need to leave the shop to go to the post office or a warehouse it will have a time on the door that I am back, or give me a call to book a time if you like.
You dont seem to have many things here to hire. Is there more in the shop? The hiring part of my business is a fairly new thing, there will be more and more items coming each week, and you will be able to see everything that is for hire from my website and instore (unless you come while it is being hired)
Is there a good day to come and see the items that they will always be there? I would say tuesdays, wednesdays and thursdays would be the best days to view items due to the fact mondays and fridays they are often picked up or returned and saturdays they are often out for hire. I will have a book in store and the pics on the net to show pics.
This picture is what I want now how much will it be to hire? Sorry it may not work this way.... while I am building the hiring part of my business I will be making lots of arrangements at the moment and certainly if you have a picture by all means send it through I will see if it commercially will be something that I think will regularly be hired out and will make it, but if it is not something that I think I can hire again I will have to say it will be for purchase only.
I live in Melbourne and I cannot hire from you but I just love the spring roses in pots with vine can I buy these? Yes certainly I can make any of these items new, just let me know what items you want and I can organize this for you, some items may be too big to ship interstate and overseas so I may have to say no to larger items these would need to be sourced locally to you.
I live in Interstate and I want to hire your tall arrangements? I am sorry hire is for pick up can collection from a friday to monday only this will not be possible, I do not post or transport the items. ADELAIDE ONLY
I am just hiring a wishing well do I still pay the $150 bond? No this will be $50, if you are hiring flowers and a well this would make your bond $200. the well has its own bond.
I have just got here and I forgot to take out the cash for the bond I will just pop it on my card? No I am sorry I cannot take this by any other method of payment, I keep the bond here and refund this. It is not considered my money unless there is loss or damage to an item on return, if you pay by card or any other method I will be charged gst etc.
9 extra people than we expected are coming to the wedding and we are going to have to add an extra table can we add another table arrangement? As long as there is extra arrangements available or I can get extra stock of the same item in time. If less than one month prior speak to me asap as I may not be able to help due to time restraints...
