Cake Flowers

For many years now I have had a page on my website for cake flowers, I took this off to make room for something else some months ago and have had no enquiries about cake flowers since, people don’t know that I do make them, I do not make cakes, lets make that clear, you would not want to eat anything that I cook but I can decorate your plain cake.

I am asked how can I decorate your cake from long distance well I just need the measurements of your cake that you are having, first stop is see your cake maker and sort out what style of cake you want, and get the measurements and perhaps a picture of what it will look like and give me these measurements and how you want the flowers to look on the cake and I can match this up for you with your flowers and make the cake topper and sprays to go on and in most cases will work out a lot cheaper than using handmade flowers and they will match the flowers you are ordering.

Below are some pics of cake flowers I have done in the past, please note these pics are taken of the cake flowers sitting flat, I rarely get to see my flowers actually on a cake as the bride at the other end puts them on.









	All these pics to the side and above are of a round or square cake topper with side cake sprays, these can be made in lots of different types of ways and sizes and flowers. on average you will find a cake topper to be around $50-100 depending on the size and the flowers being used Sprays will be on average around the $12-20 mark each depending on the flowers and the size used.


	the two pictures above are either loose flowers with some greenery or a small spray to sit on the sides of a cake and the bride is either leaving the top tier empty or has other items to go on top of the cake.


	the four pics above are corner sprays these can be used on a square or rectangle slab cake, not suited for tier style cakes, they have a larger spray to the top corner and a smaller matching spray to the lower opposite corner. these will vary a lot on price depending on the flowers used and the size of the cake. In general these will be approx $80-120


	These cake toppers were made a bit like a posy of flowers and were pushed into the cake to hold into position where the bride wanted them. usually cake toppers will be made on a flat board that can be pinned or doublesided taped into place. I can custom make pretty much anything you want just ask me.

			Heart shaped cake topper.

	Cake topper with no sprays, this is made from open roses and purple lisianthus.


	Half sphere sprays, this cake had one flat cake and another standing tall on its end and the flowers sat between the two so it had two flat sides and the rest in flowers.


	This cake topper is similar to the one above but goes the whole way around in a full circle and the bride wanted a long spray of the matching flowers to lay flat on the cake table next to the cake.

Bride and Groom Blonde or Brunette.

These small plastic cartoon like bride and groom will look great standing on your cake.

You can choose between blonde and brunette hair for the bride.

	How do I order cake flowers? You need to tell me the measurements of the cake you have ordered and the way/style you would like the flowers to sit on the cake and the type of flowers you would like to use for the cake flowers and I can give you a quote based on these measurements and info, they then can be easily added to your order of flowers.

		When ordering bonbonniere boxes the boxes will come with your flower order and in some cases depending on the size of the order and how much room they take in the box may need a delivery box of their own to be sent to you. Please ask at the time of ordering your flowers, if ordering the boxes on their own please allow around 2-3 weeks (within Aust) for delivery of your boxes.
