catalogues that are currently having been ordered already are delayed at the moment I appologise for the delay.

I am so often asked what did my wedding flowers look like on my wedding day. Well here they are, I did have fresh flowers which I did myself all those years ago. I am very sad as I have no pictures of my table centers which were tall arum lilies....This is probably why I love to send pics to everyone of what their flowers looked like. The pic below is my fav where my now late Aunty Brenda had literally showered us with confetti, she grabbed the front of my dress and poured the stuff down my (our) front and in my hair and eyes and mouth, this pic was straight after it had happened. She was naughty and we miss her.

I am often asked why did I not use artificial flowers like I sell on my website, the reason I was married 12.5 years ago and artificial flowers were pretty ugly and not in fashion then, these days artificial flowers often look better than fresh flowers.  Back then the best flowers were dew drop roses  ....  ugly. If I were to do it again which I am not, I would never choose fresh flowers. I do not have the keepsake of my special flowers other than the pictures.

Hi my name is Melanie Browning, however everyone calls me Millie, I would like to tell you a little about me and what I do.

I have been a florist since starting in the workforce when I was 18 years old after leaving school and now 18 years later I found my self at home with my second son on maternity leave. I decided to start my own business at home with the kids so here I am 5 years later. I have 19 years experience working in florist shops and retail and have always found that my favorite thing to make was wedding flowers.

My aim is to offer sensible pricing to brides, and to be totally honest with brides and be up front with my pricing so you do not have to go hunting to find out what something costs. I also aim to offer you very personalized service, I can guide you as little or as much as you would like. You are welcome to e-mail or call me as often as you like.

I offer a range of flowers for everyone in your wedding party. All the floral bouquets and arrangements that you see here are handcrafted by myself. I create each wedding arrangement individually as they are ordered and then delivered to your door. I work very hard to keep my prices extremly competitive. I only use the highest quality artificial blooms available. I pride myself on the realistic looking arrangements that I create, only the best will do.

I do have a free catalogue that you can choose from or I can custom make flowers for you. Or if you have an unusual idea for your flowers that you are having trouble finding someone to make, or you would simply like a quote, please let me know. Please remember that there are more designs listed in the catalogue than are displayed on the web-site.

I really can only come to the shop to order my flowers on a Saturday but you are not open? We have been open for the first few weeks and it has not been worth being open all day so we have made the decision that I will be open for appointment only on Saturdays, if you can call me during the week to organize an appointment time that would be great.

When are you opening other shops in other states? I have no intention of opening more stores I am sorry, I live in Adelaide so this is why it is local to me. I work on my own I do not have a team of florists the work that is done is by me only so opening another store would not be possible for me to be in more than one place. I have one of the most extensive web-sites and range on the internet so it is best to have a look through there and perhaps a catalogue and if you would like to purchase any samples you are welcome. If you want to hear about my product a bit more jump onto a forum like www.weddingcentral.com.au and you will find plenty of info about me and my products from other brides if you are concerned about ordering from a web-site.

I live interstate and I am coming to Adelaide where can I find you, where is a good place locally to stay? My shop is only a few minutes outside of the Adelaide CBD, near North Adelaide, there is hotels along Melbourne Street and O’connell Street that are in almost walking distance from Walkerville Terrace, for more info give me a call.

I am not a bride but I would like to come to your shop to get some loose flowers and items for my home is that ok or do you just do weddings? That is fine, I now do wedding flowers and loose flowers and flowers for home and corporate too.

I have a Dental Office and I am tired of paying for fresh flowers each week do you have any arrangements that would suit my offices? Yes I have plenty of corporate type flower arrangements that you can buy. Or I can make something specific for you. Some things can even be sent interstate if you are reading this from another state rather than coming to the shop.
